Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- All tags, labels, and protective coverings must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition

To protect the quality and integrity of our specialized crafting products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Submit Return Request: Complete the form below or email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package Items: Securely package the items with the original packaging and include the RA Number visible on the outside

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in the return form
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
