Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we carefully curate our artist collections and premium crafting supplies, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your creative expectations.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and protective coverings must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our specialized products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance Items – Final sale as indicated at purchase
- Digital Products & Club Kits – Including Dec 2024 Clubs and other subscription-based products
- Opened Embellishments – Cannot be resold for hygiene and quality reasons
- Personalized or Custom Items – Created specifically for your order
- Gift Wrapping Services – Service already rendered at time of purchase
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Submit Return Request: Complete our online form or email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package Items: Securely package items with original packaging, including the RA Number visible on the outside

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your return form
- We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
