Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we carefully curate our artist collections and premium crafting supplies, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your creative expectations.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our specialized products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance Items – Final sale as indicated at purchase
  • Digital Products & Club Kits – Including Dec 2024 Clubs and other subscription-based products
  • Opened Embellishments – Cannot be resold for hygiene and quality reasons
  • Personalized or Custom Items – Created specifically for your order
  • Gift Wrapping Services – Service already rendered at time of purchase

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Submit Return Request: Complete our online form or email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package items with original packaging, including the RA Number visible on the outside
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to:

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your return form
  • We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
